Hayfield Band Boosters 2014-15 (Message 23): Competion Schedule for Saturday; Need volunteers for Concert Dress Fittings

The schedule for Saturday's competition follows:

SILVER STAR MARCHING COMPETITION

Watkins Mill High School, 10301 Apple Ridge Road , Gaithersburg MD 20879

10:00 am  – Report to field. Rehearse

11:00 am – Dress for competition

12:00 pm – Depart for Watkins Mill High School

3:35 pm – Performance, then watch other performances

4:45 pm – Receive ratings

5:30 pm – Depart for Hayfield

7:00 pm -- Return to Hayfield

         Stow away equipment and uniforms, then dismissed.

Concert Dress Fittings.  Concert season is quickly approaching and we need to get the girls measured for Concert dresses.  We would like to measure the girls this week.  We had no volunteers for the Wednesday, October 15 fitting so it will have to be rescheduled once we have volunteer to take measurements.  There is still time to volunteer for the Thursday, October 16.  So if you can spare an hour or two, please sign up.

The class times for fittings are:

Thursday, October 16  5th period, 10:54 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

7th period, 12:39 p.m. -2:05 p.m.
