Hayfield Band Boosters 2014-15 (Message 14): Football Game Friday, Sep 19

Boosters,

It was another fantastic weekend.  The football game was beyond exciting, the band was exceptional and kept the spirit high, and you provided topnotch support!  Who could ask for more?

Thanks to the following Boosters for helping with the game on Friday night on behalf of the Pit and Drumline:
Pizza Dinner:  Tobin Bergen-Hill, Nava Ezra, and Eva Romero
Snacks:  Carol Citron, Christina Gorham, Nava Ezra, Abby Lampela, and Beverley Eskow
Uniforms:  Sylvia Fischer, Rebecca Burgos, Mia Burgos, Sonya Plata, Carlos Plata, Tobin Bergin-Hill
Equipment:  John Hishta, Aldemar Burgos, Rafael Quezada, Patrick Cloud, Melvin Cloud, Cheryl Tischler, Joe Tischler, Norida Torriente,  Carlos Plata, Tobin Bergen-Hill and the Band's own Hype-Man, Nate Tepe

I'd also like to thank the students that braved the rain and cooler temperatures to support Tag Day on Saturday.  Their efforts really paid off!  We collected an additional $4460.29 and left dozens of envelopes throughout Hayfield neighborhoods.  I can't say enough about our Tag Day Chairs, Theresa Larsen and Ellen Hishta.  Their tireless efforts in organizing the routes, assembling a mountain of envelopes for the neighborhoods, and coordinating volunteers made the difference.  Our two-day total is already $11,197.29 and the envelopes are already arriving with additional donations.

Many thanks to the Boosters that provided our continental breakfast as well as those that gave so generously of their time to drive the students or count the donations.

Food Donations:  Andrea Copeland, Ann Mika, Eva Romero, Abby Lampela, Daria Bergen-Hill, Nancy Harris
Donation Counters:  Kristy Baik, Christina Gorham, Michelle Freeman
Drivers:  John Riley, Joe Tischler, Jamie Procter, Aldemar Burgos, Nava Ezra, Jack Mika, Maureen Tepe, Michelle Paxton, John Hishta, Carol Citron, Sonya Plata and Carlos Plata
