Hayfield Band Boosters 2014-15 (Message 19): Concert Dress Fittings--Need Mom Volunteers

Concert season is quickly approaching and we need to get the girls measured for Concert dresses.  We would like to measure the girls during class the week of October 13. However, I need a few female boosters to perform the measurements.  

The class times where we need coverage are:

Tuesday, October 14: 5th period, 10:54 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

7th period, 12:39 p.m. -2:05 p.m.

Wednesday, October 15 2nd period, 7:20 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

Thursday, October 16   5th period, 10:54 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

7th period, 12:39 p.m. -2:05 p.m.

Please go to Signup Genius and let us know if you can help.  Also, please ensure that your daughter is measured during the available times.  Dresses will be batch ordered so that they are delivered at the same time.
