Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 39): Urgent--Fruit Delivery Now December 3

Greetings Boosters,

 

The fruit will arrive a few days earlier than planned.  In an effort to deliver it when it is freshest, we are scheduling fruit pickup for tomorrow afternoon, December 3, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

 

We need volunteers (4 for each event) to help unload the truck tomorrow morning from 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m and to distribute the fruit tomorrow afternoon from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  I've added slots to Signup Genius so please let me know if you can help.  http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D49AEAD23A02-hssband2
