Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 30)--Fruit Pick up

 The fruit arrived last night!  We are still looking for a couple of volunteers to help distribute the fruit tonight.  Please meet us at the Loading dock at 7 p.m. if you can help. 
 
If you ordered fruit, please pick it up tonight.  If you are unable to do so, there are a few alternate time slots. 
 
Tues., Dec. 4 - 7pm-8pm.  High School fruit orders can be picked up at the loading dock.  Middle School fruit orders will be distributed in the  auditorium after the Middle School concert.
 
Wed., Dec. 5 - 2 pm-4 pm
Thurs., Dec. 6 - by appointment
Fri., Dec 7 - by appointment
Sat., Dec. 8 - by appointment

Reminders
 
All District auditions are Saturday, 8 December at West Potomac High School.  Refer to the All District Band Tab http://www.hayfieldbands.com/id34.html  at the Hayfield Bands website for your student's audition time.
 
Concert next week, Thursday, December 13.  Concert attire:  tuxedos for boys; long black dresses for girls.
