HSS Band 2010-11.20 Help Needed Saturday for VBODA competition

Hi Boosters,

A quick look at the sign-up for Saturday shows we're under-staffed for the VBODA competition at West Springfield HS

if you can help w/ equipment and/or chaperone, please consider signing up: http://signupgenius.com/go/hssband (or send me an email if that's easier for you, bandlsm@gmail.com)

here's a summary of the schedule:
Parent volunteers will start loading the truck and helping with uniforms at 7:15am.
Truck and buses (including chaperones) will leave at 8am
The performance is at West Springfield at 10am
We'll return at 12:30pm -- students will take uniform and instrument home for the Sunday parade
