Hi Band Boosters!
First - another big THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped with the football game last week and our first, very successful, Tag Day. We should all be proud of a great team effort.

Wednesday September 15, 2:30-4:30pm,Marching Band Rehearsal
performance at Hayfield Secondary 1:15pm for 7th period [Students walk across the street; no rides needed]
Individual portrait pictures taken during MB rehearsal. [We could use 1 or 2 parents to help w/ uniforms; let me know if you're available ]

Saturday, September 18, 7:30am-2:00pm Tag Day
To get ready for Tag Day #2:
students should sign up on the poster in Mr. Burke's room AND ask a parent to be their driver
(If a group does not have a driver, the students will be re-assigned to other groups on Saturday.)
Parents - we'll need help counting money again; if you can help (from about 1pm-3pm) please let me know. (If you can Bring Your Own Calculator that helps out too.)
Band Booster T-Shirts are Here!
If you ordered a shirt, I'll be at rehearsal this evening around 5:45pm and again at 8pm when students leave with the orders. If I don't see you, I'll try to give your order to your student to bring home to you.
We have a few extra t-shirts for sale in sizes S, M, L and 2XL. The t-shirts are $10 (Checks made to: Hayfield Band Boosters) I'll have those with me at drop-off and pick-up for rehearsal tonight; track me down if you'd like to get a shirt.
