Subject: Hayfield Secondary - Volunteers Needed
It's that time of year again!!!
We need volunteers to help stuff and distribute the Hawk Fly-By Information Packets.
We will be stuffing the Hawk Fly-By Information Packets on Monday, August 17 at 8:00 am and should be finished by Noon. Information Packets will be assembled in the High School Science rooms (1358, 1350, 1348).
We will be distributing the Hawk Fly-By Information Packets in the Main Lobby on:
Tuesday, August 18 from 7:30 – 12:00 pm and 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, August 19 from 7:30 - 12 pm and 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Thursday, August 20 from 7:30 – 12:00 pm
Time slots for Monday are: 8:00 am - Noon (whatever time works best for you)
Time slots for Tuesday are: 7:30 - 9:00 am, 9:00 - 10:30 am, 10:30 - 12:00 pm, 4:00 – 5:30 pm, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Time slots for Wednesday are: 7:30 - 9:00 am, 9:00 - 10:30 am, 10:30 - 12:00 pm, 4:00 – 5:30 pm, 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Time slots for Thursday are: 7:30 - 9:00 am, 9:00 - 10:30 am, 10:30 - 12:00 pm
