CANCELLED - Concert in the Park - This Sunday!

Oops…we did it again!  

The pending rain, flash flooding, and storms have literally put a damper on our planned Concert in the Park today.  

Thanks to all of you who made the effort to get the event together, donate, and volunteer.  And congrats to all of the senior who are celebrating this weekend.  Please be safe and enjoy yourselves!

A quick reminder that the Concert in the Park that was scheduled for last weekend will be held this Sunday, 6/10 at 4:00pm at Hayfield Community Park.  

If you can donate time, food, or ice, please sign up.  (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4baca92ea1ff2-2017)   We also need coolers, so if you have any large coolers you don’t need on Sunday, please consider lending them for this event.

If, by chance, there is a rainout, the concert will not be rescheduled.  Otherwise, thanks and hope to see you on Sunday!

Subject: Concert in the Park - This Saturday!

Have you ever been curious to see the band directors play?  If so, your chance to see THEM in concert will be this coming Saturday, June 2 from 4:00-6:00pm at Hayfield Community Park in the Hayfield Farm neighborhood.  

Please come for the free concert highlighting Americana music featuring Mr. Burke, Mr. Clifford, and members of the community.  (See attached flyer.)  There will be food and beverages for sale that will benefit the band program.
