Beginning next Thursday, the Hayfield band department and the band boosters will be sponsoring All-District band weekend. Congrats to all of the Hayfield band kids who made it! The boosters need your help in making this weekend a success for all involved. We will be providing breakfast and lunch for the directors on Friday and Saturday, lunch for the kids on Friday and Saturday, and concessions during orchestra breaks. Parents who have kids participating – this would be a great opportunity to witness and appreciate all of the work that your student puts into his/her musical interest. February 1-3, 2018
Thursday – 5:00pm-7:00pm, All percussionists
7:00pm - 9:00 pm Reading session for all bands
Friday - 8:30am - 12:00pm Rehearsal
12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm – 4:30pm Rehearsal
Breaks at the discretion of the clinicians
Saturday - 8:30am – 11:30 noon Rehearsal
11:30am- 12:00 pm lunch
12:00pm-12:30pm dress for concert
