Tonight's Away Game - Cancelled

Good Morning all,

Please be aware that the Away trip to the McLean football game tonight has been cancelled.

Again, the band will not be going to the away game tonight.

Tuesday, Sept. 27-Marching Band Rehearsal 3:15pm-5:15pm
                                 Pizza and water for pep band staying (voluntary)

                            Pep Band to play at Girls Field Hockey Game 6:15pm and 7:30pm

Wednesday, Sept. 28-  Marching Band rehearsal 3:15pm-5:15pm
Thursday, Sept. 29- Marching Band Rehearsal 3:15pm-5:15pm
 Friday, Sept. 30- Away Game -McClean ,Report  5:30pm

 

And next week

Tuesday, Oct.4-Marching Band Rehearsal 3:15pm-5:15pm
Wednesday, Oct.5-  Marching Band rehearsal 3:15pm-5:15pm
Thursday, Oct.6- Home Football Game!!
Friday, Oct. 7- nothing
Saturday, Oct.8- Competition!  STAFFORD HIGH SCHOOL,  Stafford Indian Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 

 3:30 pm - Report to field.  Rehearse

4:30 pm - Dress for Competition

5:30 pm - Depart for Stafford High School

8:15 pm - Performance, then watch other bands

9:45 pm - Receive ratings

10:45 pm - Depart for Hayfield

12:00 midnight Return to Hayfield .  Stow away equipment and uniforms, then dismissed.

Don't forget:  Black socks, black shoes, band t-shirt, shorts, lunch/dinner, snack money

And A SUPERIOR ATTITUDE!!
