Tonight's Away Game - Cancelled

Good Morning all,

Please be aware that the Away trip to the McLean football game tonight has been cancelled.

Again, the band will not be going to the away game tonight.

4:30 pm - Dress for Competition

5:30 pm - Depart for Stafford High School

8:15 pm - Performance, then watch other bands

9:45 pm - Receive ratings

10:45 pm - Depart for Hayfield

12:00 midnight Return to Hayfield .  Stow away equipment and uniforms, then dismissed.


Don't forget:  Black socks, black shoes, band t-shirt, shorts, lunch/dinner, snack money


And A SUPERIOR ATTITUDE!!

Saturday's Competition Schedule for Competition Marching Band

Good Morning!


Please find attached the schedule for Saturday.  Chaperones should report by 10:30 to help with equipment/coolers/snacks/uniforms.


Saturday, Sept. 24 - HERNDON COMPETITION
   9:30am- Report for rehearsal
  10:30am- Dress for performance
 11:30am -Depart for Herndon
 12:45pm -official warm up
 1:30pm- Performance
 2:15pm- Awards
 3:00pm -Depart for Hayfield  
 4:00pm- Return, put away equipment and uniforms, then dismissed.


For those not in competition band, we'd love the support in the stands!!  Please come out and cheer on your Marching Hawks!!

Help Needed - WATER donations

Good evening Band Family!!

We are in need of water donations!

We go through over 100 regular size water bottles for every pizza dinner on Friday night home games and over 160 small bottles for every football game, home and away.  That's a lot of water!!

If you can possibly donate any water, regular size bottles or small bottles, it will be greatly appreciated!

We had a glitch with a SignUp in SignUpGenius which only allowed for 9 drivers to signup for tomorrow's tag day.  We need a few more!  We have around 14 groups of students, I believe, signed up and need some more driver volunteers if at all possible.
