Upcoming week

Fruit Sales Are Ending.   The deadline has passed to turn in fruit orders.  However, the website will be up through tomorrow, November  10.  You can still order fruit online for delivery to Hayfield or to another location (for an additional fee).   This year's offering includes navel oranges, grapefruit, mixed grapefruit & oranges and tangelos for $22/box if delivered to Hayfield.  If you opt to have your items mailed directly to the recipient, you can also select from a variety of gift boxes.  Just select the US Mail button when you go to the site.  Thank you for your support of the fruit sale.

Marching Band Awards.  The Awards Pot-Luck Dinner will be held on Tuesday, November 11, at 6 p.m.  Dishes are assigned based on your Family's last name.  Volunteers are needed to help with setup, serving the food and cleanup.  Go to Signup Genius and let us know that you will help.  Please come out and support our Band as they reflect on 2014 season.

Playoff Game at Hayfield Friday Night.  We're in the playoffs!  We will be playing Chantilly.  We will need volunteers.  More details about the volunteer slots will be forthcoming early in the week.

Other Notes:

Transition Planning.    Thanks to Theresa Larsen for agreeing to shadow me for the remainder of the year for the President's role.  We still need a volunteer for John Hishta's Office, Vice President.   You will assume the Vice President roles for 2015-16 school year.  If you have questions or would like to discuss the requirements of the position, please send a note or call.   Boosters run on volunteer power; we need your support.
