Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 51): Awards Banquet, June 9, 6:30 p.m.

Boosters,

The bands ended the year with an outstanding concert on Monday night.  Thanks to Kristy Baik for constructing boutonnieres for senior recognition.  Thanks to Melvin Cloud for preparing the evening's slide show.

Thanks to everyone that supported our Chipotle fundraiser.  Because of your support, the band will receive over $450 from the event.  

I am also forwarding the details for the end-of-year Awards Banquet.  It will be a pot luck.  Donations are assigned by last name.  Please note that no desserts are needed.  Remember to bring the appropriate serving utensils and ensure your name is on any dishes that you want returned.  Finally, please arrive about 15 minutes early to drop off your dish.
