Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 52): Awards Banquet, June 9, 6:30 p.m.

Reminder:  The Awards Banquet.  It will be a pot luck.  Donations are assigned by last name.  Please note that no desserts are needed.  Remember to bring the appropriate serving utensils and ensure your name is on any dishes that you want returned.  Finally, please arrive about 15 minutes early to drop off your dish.

WHO: ALL high school Band, Orchestra, and Chorus members and their families
WHEN: Monday, June 9 at 6:30 pm
WHERE: Middle School Cafeteria
WHAT TO BRING:  
Last Names A-E: Drinks (TWO 2-liter bottles)
Lat Names F-O: Main Dishes
Last Names P-Z: Side Dishes
**Dessert will be provided} so please DO NOT BRING DESSERTS

Parents of seniors or students not continuing in band, please send me note letting me know which e-mail addresses should be deleted from the Booster E-mail group after graduation.

Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 51): Awards Banquet, June 9, 6:30 p.m.

Boosters,

The bands ended the year with an outstanding concert on Monday night.  Thanks to Kristy Baik for constructing boutonnieres for senior recognition.  Thanks to Melvin Cloud for preparing the evening's slide show.

Thanks to everyone that supported our Chipotle fundraiser.  Because of your support, the band will receive over $450 from the event.

Hayfield Band Boosters (Message 50): Band Concert Monday, June 2

Boosters,

Reminder:  The final concert of the season will be held Monday, June 2, 7 p.m., Hayfield Auditorium.

Also, I'm looking for a volunteer to help organize the annual Tag Day fundraiser.  It will require a few hours of your time in late August/early September.  If you can help, please send me a note as soon as possible.
