Prelude: This week, the Band and rest of the Music Dept are off to Atlanta, GA for their spring trip performances and some fun. Mandatory spring trip mtg for students, parents, and chaperones, 7pm, Tues, Apr 17 in the Middle School Lecture room.
NOTE: Parents of seniors, thank you to those that have already done this. It’s time to start sending me the 3 pictures (baby pic, kid pic, & senior pic) of your senior student. Please e-mail or get them to me by 8 pm, Mon, May 21. I will use them to put together a short video for the Final Concert, Wed, 6 Jun 2012

7:30pm US Air Force Band performance, Hayfield Auditorium.
17 Spring Trip Meeting 7pm…Mandatory for students, parents, & chaperones (please note this was changed from the 16th)…additionally no Drumline or Jazz for high school students
Bring your big luggage, parents need to help search!

6 Band Concert, 7:00pm…The Final Concert…another boutonnières making opportunity for seniors’ last concert and slideshow of senior pics x 3 (1 as a baby, 1 in the middle, and 1 near graduation)

11 Tri-M Music Dept. Awards -pot luck dessert
14 Graduation, 4:30pm, Wind Ensemble…volunteers needed to serve lunch

Finally, our students REALLY NEED YOU! As most teenagers, they will NEVER admit this. Your VOLUNTEERISM is ESSENTIAL to THEIR SUCCESS!!! Additionally, they really do APPRECIATE seeing you @ their various events cheering for them.
