Senior Concert on May 28th!!! Pictures of Seniors needed for Slideshow!!!

As you know, end of year is fast approaching! Our final concert of the year is on Tuesday, May 28th. This may seem far away and too soon all at once!!  It's hard to believe we are at the end of 3rd Quarter!!!

This is a special night for our Seniors, as it is their last High School concert. To celebrate their achievements, we are looking for pictures of our Seniors, as well as some from the band year, to include in a slideshow to be played at the concert.

Seniors should send 3 or 4 pictures, - a baby picture, grade school age, and a senior picture. They may also include a picture that depicts their plan after graduation. Whether that's a picture in college gear, a job, military, vacation, or just relaxing at home, we want to know what your Senior has planned!! 

Pictures should be provided NO LATER THAN May 1st to be included in the slideshow.

As you may know, Hayfield is hosting All District Band this weekend.  From Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon, we will be hosting over 200 band students and 35 band directors from across the county.

Band Booster Meeting Date Change and All District Band Preparation

Good morning Band Family!!

We are rescheduling the booster meeting to Tuesday, January 22nd.  This change is due to College Night tonight.  We encourage all junior families to attend College Night and we hope to see you next week at the Booster Meeting!!!

We are also asking for help supporting All District Band Weekend.  Hayfield is the host school, and we will be welcoming 30 band directors and all the students who are participating in All District to our school.  Attached is a Sign-Up Genius link with many ways to help!!

Concert on Thursday, December 6th!

Hello Band Family,

We hope that you are able to join us for the first concert of the year on Thursday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m.  We will also be having a bake sale to support the band!  See details below.  If you can send a baked good, please send it in when you drop your band student off at 6:00.

Donuts, cookies, brownies, muffins, cupcakes … anything and everything sweet is welcome!

 

Please be sure your items are cut or sized to sell for $1 each. Donations can be dropped off at the table in front of the auditorium preferably at 6 pm when the kids are dropped off to prepare for the concert.  If not, please bring before the start of the concert.
