Concert in the Park - This Saturday!

Have you ever been curious to see the band directors play?  If so, your chance to see THEM in concert will be this coming Saturday, June 2 from 4:00-6:00pm at Hayfield Community Park in the Hayfield Farm neighborhood.  

Please come for the free concert highlighting Americana music featuring Mr. Burke, Mr. Clifford, and members of the community.  (See attached flyer.)  There will be food and beverages for sale that will benefit the band program.

Also, we could not hold an event without your help!  If you are able to donate time or supplies, please see the SignUp Genius (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4baca92ea1ff2-2017) and indicate where you can help.

Good morning, lovely band parents (and kids who are on this list) - 

What is that bright yellow beam in the sky today?  I haven’t seen it in so long!  I hope everyone is dried out and ready to enjoy this wonderful week.

We have a concert this week!  

High School Concert – Thursday, May 24 at 7:00pm

(Students need to report at 6:00pm)

The boosters will be hosting a bake sale, so please donate some of your yummies to sell on Thursday.  We had some really great cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc. at the last concert.  I’m so impressed!  

We will also be selling spirit wear on Thursday night and BONUS – we will have pillow forms available for those who haven’t purchased uniform pillows and would like to charge them to your credit card!  Please note, however, that there will be a $3.00 surcharge for pillows purchased via credit card.  That would make them $68 each.  

Looking ahead…

June 4th – Music Department Awards (potluck)
